Pubs and Eating in London (english version)

Pubs –  are always to recommend and they are everywhere :-). 
You can get yummy and good value food there and usually it's a nice atmosphere in a Pub.
There are some pubs with an extra Dining Room, this is perfect for dinner. You are getting served there.
Otherwise you order at the bar (food and drinks) and you have to take your drinks from there (food is getting served). 
 

Courtfield Pub

Euston Flyer Pub
King's Cross Station
Between King's Cross and Euston Station (King’s Cross Station Exit Euston Street than turn right and walk straight on). It's a nice big pub - and they're also having big screens where you can watch
football/soccer :-).
 
 

The Mitre
Close to Lancster Gate Station
normal Pub downstairs - Steakhouse upstairs.
I would recommend the Pub downstairs - at the Steakhouse it's quite expensive. 

Around Leicester Square und Piccadilly Cirucs are a lot of restaurants, too – Pizza, Steak House and so on.

Just walk from Picadilly Circus to Leicester Square and you're going to pass a lot of restaurants there.

Good Chinese Food you can get at SOHO.

Victoria Station
There a Pub and an Italian Restaurant upstairs (and there are also a lot of Fast Food Restaurants there).

You can get some good and cheap food at the Italian Restaurant there. 
Downstairs it's an Upper Crust - you can get really good Baguettes there.


Fish und Chips
You can get really good fish and chips in nearly every pub.

Cafe Concerto - Afternoon Tea

Vorbeiglaufen bin ich schon so oft an diesen Cafes und jedes Mal dachte ich mir "da muss ich irgendwann mal rein" - als ich dann mit einen Freundin in London war haben wir dem Cafe endlich einen Besuch abgestattet! Ich habe dort den vermutlich besten Cappuccino meines Lebens getrunken :-). Auch die heiße Schokolade war genial!

Wir mussten also unbedingt noch mal dorthin! :-)

Bei unserem zweiten Besuch haben wir auf der Karte entdeckt, dass es auch "Afternoon Tea" gibt, da konnten wir natürlich nicht widerstehen.

 

Es hat sich gelohnt! Wir bekamen leckere Scones mit clotted cream und Erdbeermarmelade, Törtchen, Tee, ... alles was dazugehört!

Ich kann das nur empfehlen - vor allem gab es das Ganze zu einem normalen Preis  (nicht wie in den Hotels total überteuert!)

You really should go to this Cafe. They're having great cakes and you also can get "Afternoon Tea" there for a good price!!!

I absolutely would recommend this!
